CHUP: EK KAHANI JISPAR CHUP RAHNA CHINTAJANAK HAI  [A MOVIE THAT WAS NECESSARY FOR INDIAN CINEMA ]– 3.5 STARS

Chup , a movie with the capacity to click you with its creativity at times but slap you with its non relativity most of the times. Dulquer salmaan is appreciable, sunny deol is in supporting role in the story and has done justice with his role, but he could be used more intellectually by making the killer more clever and sunny more crisp to catch him by the director . Shreya dhanwanthary Is irritating and unimpactful for me , she needs more practice in her art. Pooja bhatt is graceful and pleasing for the eyes , but my favourite is the role of shreya`s mother that is saranya ponvannan . she stands out , and does not act but lives on the screen with her sarcasms and full of life nature to find her hero after her husband died.  The writers has done a pretty appreciable job but could add more to the plate . The screenplay receives claps ,except few sexual scenes that I feel doesn`t make you feel the intensity of love making, as shreya doesn`t appear appealing or couldn`t pull up the scene , as I could see. 

Now let me appreciate the writer, the story is new, fresh ,and the idea of killing the biased critics is not only creative but also clever. The reference of gurudutt adds the spice but it doesn`t blend well as the killer has his own reason for killing the critics . The writer seemed a bit confused at the end as we all knew who was the killer and we were excited for knowing why he was killing everyone, but the answer is not wholistically clear because when his movie didn`t work out he was killing the critics but then why gurudutt is linked, why he  was a director ? what is his complete backstory rather than his father beating his mother and killing his dog and what happened to his mother ? if you are going for suspense , don`t go , but if you are going to watch something new , definitely do. I really liked the concept of relating cinema to real life and changing it into art and the excellent style of killing the dishonest critics with stars of funeral marked on their head .

Par par par , chup ek chalak kahani hai, jo shayd aapko bahut sare swalo ke sath chodh de lekin ye aapko mayoos hargiz nhi karegi par aapko soch mai zaroor dal degi ki aap par kitna prabhav padta hai iss bat ka ki movie ko kitne stars mile hai. Aajkal is prakar ki artistic , shatir aur dimag ko dhokha dene vala cinema Bollywood main na ke barabar banta hai, ye ek master piece nhi hai par ek ummed zaroor hai ki Bollywood chahe to vo aisi movies bana sakta hai aur isase bahut bahtar bhi . ab ye bahut zaroori ho gya hai ki audience ka taste badla jaae aur unki plate mai kuch nya parosa jaae , aur yahi karan hai ki mai iss kahani mai khamiyo ke sath utari hui kyuki  mai manti hui jab ye ban sakta hai to issase bahatar bhi ban sakta hai, jald hi ek master piece bhi banaya jaa sakta hai. Zaroori nhi hai ki kahani ek dum perfect ho par use kahne ka tareeka aur bahatar kiya jaa skata hai. Chup ek movie jise dekhkar aapko chup chap apne aap se sawal puchna chahiye ki kya bat hai ? 

or firse puchna chahiye , kya bas yahi bat hai ?   matlab ham aur acha deserve karte hai but iska matlab ye hargiz nhi hai ki ham iske liye desperate ho jaae. Patience , pats on back aur practice se Bollywood kuch nya bhi laaega aur kuch aisa nya laaega jo sirf artistic nhi par ek aisi shrikhla banae jo sirf aankho , dil aur dimag ko acha na lage , par dhadkan, sanso aur awaaz ko tez karde , kahani damdar , seedhi , thoda aur sampark  aur poora poora suspense aur achanak aane vale surprises bhi ke sath honi chahiye . chup ek vakeel ki tarah hai jo bhartuye cinema ki baki kahaniyo se swal jawab karegi jisme , jiska client is bar begunah hai par vo pahle katleaam karne vale clients se bhi apni jebo kit tah garam kar chukka hai . ye dood ki dhuli nhi hai par pani ki dholi zaroor hai . ye chalak hai par chamatkar nhi. Ye ek achi kahani zaroor hai par ek duhedar kissa hargiz nhi. Ye ek  bahatareen koshish hai , par ek kamyaab kamal hargiz nhi . iska hak bahut sari taliyo ka hai par ek jhadu ki jhappi ka nhi. par jo bhi kaho , ye ek aisi movie thi ,jiski aaj bhartiye cinena ko zaroorat se bhi zyda zaroorat  thi .
