NOT YOUR CLASSIC SONNET
NOT YOUR CLASSIC SONNET
If I could write a poem to dislocate your brain and never write again,
Let me write that down , for your own sake ,
Like I seek confinement from this age,
Let me imprison myself on the contours of disgrace.
I could be a jester or I can be a mermaid,
Depending on your fortune,
Depending on my fate .
I can collect all the coins,
I can make them clay ,
If I get what I want ,
I could dismember this voyage.
Let this world burn ,
Let this time yearn,
For the end of my rage ,
For the medication of this plague.
I can be a joker,
I can be the jack,
I can be what you want ,
If you could promise me to be promiscuous enough to lay.
If this is the most nefarious game,
We chose to play,
I can collect all the play sticks,
And cease this day.
I can be implicit ,
Or I would choose not to say ,
This could be substantive ,
Either , or , extensive .
You may hate the rain,
But you cannot hate how the petrichor ,
Ease you to have a cup of coffee or tea ,
This may be the most constructive side of human`s anomaly .
Isn`t it whimsical?
Isn`t it eerie ,
That humans hate devil,
And are the most PERILOUS of them.
